where can I limit the photo file size (via link) into the activity stream?

You can't, it's just linking to a photo so there's no reason to limit the size. The photo can't expand outside of the container either so even large images will be fine.

Hello,

i understand, that this is a photo link.

But some users are posting too big photos and i would be glad, if i could set a photo size limit there....

There's no way to limit the filesize of linked images. There are no plans for such functionality. If you want to limit the height/width you can do that with CSS to downscale, but there's no plans for functionality to process linked images (that would be too heavy and would require download of the images).

Hello,

ok, thank you.

I deactivated the function "links" into the activity stream, but the users could still post photo links....

How can i block some URLs into this stream and where can i find the badword filter?

URLs posted directly do not parse into attachments. They simply are parsed into clickable links and it can't be disabled. There is no badword filter feature, but is a good idea and have added a feature ticket for a future release. Also added a feature ticket for URL filtering.
