CBSubs Tabs And Drop Down Menus Not Always Working

Hi,

When I try to set-up a new subscription plan I'm finding that the tab and menu selections are not always working. This is what is happening:

1. Select "Paid Subscriptions" - "Plans" - "New Plan" - "Choose Type" - "User Subscriber Plan"
2. When the new plan window opens it is stuck on "Integrations" - "Content"
3. The drop down menus do not work and the tabs do not work.
4. The only thing I can do on the page is close it.
5. If I go in through "Payment Center" - "Plans" I can select "New Plan" and it opens up on "Presentation" and I am able to work with all the menus and tabs and create a plan.

Is this an issue with me or a bug with you? I'm running Joomla 3.4.7 CB 2.0.12 CBSubs 4.0.1 and PHP 5.6.16

I tried both Chrome and Safari.

Press F12 to open the developer console then click the Console tab and redo your steps to see if you've a fatal JS error present (will be in red). Aside from that it could just be the browser hanging as that page is very heavy and can take a bit to finish loading.
