CB Gallery does not have commenting functionality yet. As for CB Blogs if you're using K2 or Joomla modal you can use Joomla commenting extensions for those outputs, but Internal has no commenting functionality. Liking functionality is also not implemented yet. Both of those features will be provided by CB Activity and integrated into various plugins.
