Hi, as it's possible to see in the attached file, CB conditional plugin allows only 5 conditions for each field, it's possible to add other conditions?
No, a field can also only be conditioned one time. So do not condition the same field twice. In a later release AND/OR usage will be implemented and support for unlimited conditions will be available.

No idea, I currently have other higher priority tasks to work on at this time. Implementing AND/OR will require a massive rewrite to the conditioning functionality of CB Conditional so it's unlikely to be done anytime soon.
