I have community builder but I have OS membership pro as my subscription application. The problem is when a new member signs up none of the information is transferred over to community builder user or Joomla user. Now I followed along with the video tutorial and turned off the Joomla registration and the OS membership CB plugin is published so I am not sure why the data is not carrying through.
We're not OS Membership Pros developer; please contact them for support regarding their extension. They would need to integrate with CB and register the user through CB instead of Joomla. You have to use CBs registration when using CB.
