Where can I find to disable the option for the approval of user's canvas and portrait images?

If you have not already done so, please download and study the CB Primer Book.

You should be able to do this globally from the CB -> Configuration -> Moderation tab or manually for any image field you have by editing the field in the CB Field Manager area (Parameters tab).
