[SOLVED] Blank Pages on All Community Builder Pages on Administrator Back End, Frontend working fine.

8 years 9 months ago - 8 years 9 months ago #276086 by smanderscheid
When in the admin back end of the site, none of the Community Builder pages are accessible. They all return blank pages, including the users page. No errors appear, the pages are simply blank. No other extensions return blank pages, front end access for users has not been affected. The complete user list is visible from the Joomla users menu.

Running Joomla 3.4.8 on PHP 5.6.16 (recently updated)
CB version 2.0.12
Kunena version 4.0.7
No errors show when debugging, no relevant errors in apache error logs.

We have other sites on our web server with the same configuration that are not having this problem.
PHP memory allocation is adequate, and was tested without memory overload errors.

The only difference between this site and one that is (nearly) identically configured is that this one has CB Subs.

Make sure you have updated CBSubs to latest 4.0.1 nightly from here:
www.joomlapolis.com/component/docman/doc_details/671-cbsubs-gpl-nightly-build

Update everything CBSubs related you already have installed including the joomla plugin.
I am guessing you have an old plugin somewhere from the CBSubs proprietary package that is needing ioncube.

Thanks for the hint on the ioncube! totally brought things back up, will update with that nightly build and look for the outdated plugins.

Appreciate your help!!!
