CB "Create Invite" not working

CB "Create Invite" not working was created by Strategisto2da
Hi,

When a user selects the green "New Invite" button a new page opens titled "Create Invite". After inputting required information and clicking "Send Invite" the words "loading" appear and then the page goes back to "Send Invite" without the invite being sent.

I'm up to date on all of my versions and extensions and the the connections tabs and plugins are all installed according to the documentation.

Am I missing something obvious?

Switching to default Joomla template protostar then retry. Sounds like an error is occurring, but your template is missing the message tag resulting in the message queue never outputting.

The only template option I am given for the CB Invite plugin is "Default". Do I need to go elsewhere to use "Protostar"?

You need to change your Joomla template to default protostar. Not the CB Invites template.

I'm using Rocketthemes Cerulean for the Joomla site. Are you saying I have to use Protostar for the site? That's a massive problem.

I'm asking for you to switch to the default Joomla protostar template then re-test sending an invite to see if any error outputs or if it works. Your template could be missing the message tag causing Joomlas message queue to not output. When CB Invites redirects back to invite create/edit it means a validation error happened during storage or send of the invite and it displays those errors with Joomlas message queue. The template change is purely for testing the issue.
