When using all other browsers (except for chrome) you can't sign up. This includes mobile phones, IE (that dumb browsers), firefox, safari and so forth. You receive an error message that your session has expired. Now a few months ago we received this error message and it was due to a plugin - but nothing has been installed recently. The only changes to CB have been some updates to fields and what tabs they belong in. Nothing in here that I can see that would be causing it.
I have reviewed all forum posts and many say turn off the AJAX checker and spoof checker. This has already been done as well. I have gone through the code and don't see anything wrong. I have re-uploaded Community Builder over top of itself and still nothing. I have run out of ideas of what could possible be the issue?
Can you please take a look at the issue and tell us how to resolve it. I would be more than willing to share creds but I was unable to find a method of sharing this information.
You've a caching problem. You can't cache CBs forms, because we use a security token to prevent spam. The token must be renewed on every page load otherwise you're sending an out of date token that won't validate. I can confirm caching is enabled by refreshing the page and seeing that my cbsecuritym3 and cbrasitway values never change. They should be different on every page load.
