[SOLVED] Problem with special characters in password and the verify password field.

Hey guys,

When I use special keys in the password OR when I use the verify password field in the CB subs registration area, the whole registration forms get stuck. Detailed analysis of the front-end have brought nothing. The sign-up button just gets completely stuck.

Please note that it seems to work on the free registration page (although this also needs more testing).

No idea what does this or what to do about this...

NOTE: If I use the password Sadscarf56$, it freezes completely.

NOTE2: the password Sadscarf56$ works in main sign up form.

NOTE3: It works for me now from time to time. I have no idea what is going on.

As always please turn on Joomla debug to maximum level and retest.

I have no issues with that specific password on my tests.

OK I panicked since I missed a deadline and it started happening on the live site... Seems to work now that I have turned off a certain module that was putting out failures (once I had turned error reporting on). Will investigate it more.
