Have reviewed your install. Some reason the entire database column is missing for the field. Please delete the field entirely and recreate it. Then make sure its database column exists in _comprofiler. Its column will be the same as the fields name (e.g. cb_charity).
I created a cb_charity2 which is working perfectly fine. So I've no idea how your initial field was created, but appears it didn't save correctly. I've left cb_charity2 so you can see is working; feel free to delete and remake your cb_charity.
