You can control where the conditions apply under "For..." if you want them to show in search, but not profile or vise verse then adjust the "Userlists View" and "Profile View" parameters as needed. The "Userlists Search" parameter is strictly for the search criteria. If you don't want the field shown at all on profile you can move the tab to a not shown on profile position or set its display on profile parameter as needed (standard field parameter, not specific to CB Conditional).

ok, I do it, but if I move the fileds that I don't want to show in the profile in another tab and move this tab to a not shown profile position, in the search form, fields not shown in the profile are positioned in another position (see the attached file)
Profile edit uses profile view ordering instead of registration ordering so the tabs will display in a different location there. We've a feature ticket to possibly change profile edit ordering to use registration ordering in a future release, but for now it's ordered by position followed by tab order.

You don't, the fix is implemented in CB Conditional 4.0.6. So you only need to update if you haven't done so already. It's entirely a performance fix though.
