Hey there,

I'm using the API CB for new register:
www.joomlapolis.com/support/tutorials/120-api-usage/18362-registering-a-user-through-cb-api

Until here all right.
But it is not the activation email sent nor welcome.

Why? We need something else in the code?
register from the original form if produced sending email after activation and welcome.

thanks

I found the solution:

I added the following line: activate User ($ user, 1, 'UserRegistration', false);

But now I have another proble:

CB use API I'm using is not within the domain of the web, and email activation comes with the domain from which the code is located.

Can you solve?
thanks

CB use API I'm using is not within the domain of the web, and email activation comes with the domain from which the code is located.

CB sends emails and uses URLs based off the Joomla install it's installed on. That's entirely dependent on where Joomla is located. CB always uses live_site for URLs so if you need to override that you can within configuraiton.php, but that will change the domain of your entire Joomla install.
