Then there's something wrong with your server or database. That generally happens with the servers disk space is full or the /tmp is full if on a separate disk/server. You need to contact your host. There's nothing we can do for you.

This will ensure you're at least up to date, but it's probably not going to fix your issue as "Got error -1 from storage engine" is specifically a MYSQL storage issues as explained in my previous replies. See the below information regarding this.
