There is a weird problem with the userlist. There are field names missing, however other are present (as if there was a substition field done with a WYSIWIG). When looking on the profile, the fields that were missing their names were present.
Each field in a column can have title output adjusted. Edit your userlist and under Columns check the dropdown next to the field and ensure you've set the title output properly. Some of your fields are displaying fine. A few appear to have it set to "1 Line with Empty Title".
