I have imported an old database containing CBSubs data from the non-GPL previous version. This has gone into a new 3.x site, and everything appears in tact in both Community Builder and CBSubs 4.0.1. In fact, I've gotten the rest of the site to function as we want, and we are ready to launch now, except for the CB Subs problems I'll describe.

The main problem is that plans do not appear for members where they should. New members will not see plans after they are logged in. Members with expired plans do see the expired plans, but are unable to process any renewals (button clicks to reactivate subscriptions are simply ignored).

I have the setting for showing plans upon registration turned off, but that's the way we had it setup before. We want to encourage users to register for a free account first, and then manage their association membership separately.

I have turned on maximum error reporting, and no errors appear.

Please review and advise: www.ngaga.org/skunkworks/membership/create-an-account

This site is still not live, and in development, but we are otherwise getting very near launch, and need to figure out the problem.

I am happy to provide administrator access privately, if needed.

Well, it dawned on me that the problems were with plans, so I should look at the plans themselves. It turns out that somehow, the Access Group setting was corrupted, and every plan was somehow now set to "[Deleted User Group ID 29]"

I went through and updated every plan's access group setting to "Public," and now they appear on everyone's membership options.

However, I am unable to proceed from that point. When I click on the UPGRADE button, the page just refreshes.

Ha - I was just ready to write that something messed things up when you imported things.

Importing old database to new might have more issues as the database schemes most likely changed.

Ah, please see above. I'm sure it is an upgrade issue on the component settings. If I click the UPGRADE button now, nothing happens. I'll start a new topic to avoid confusion.
