[SOLVED] CBSubs - UPGRADE button doesn't work

When logged in to a user account, I am unable to process a plan purchase or upgrade. I can select from all the plans, but when I click the UPGRADE button, the page refreshes, and nothing happens.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration to see if any errors output. Ensure both View Access Level and Usergroup access are properly set under the Access tab of your plans. Ensure the CB Paid Subscriptions plugin within CB > Plugin Management is public and published.

I went through earlier today and ensured that the access level is set to public for both access and visible on all plans. The plugin is definitely published and public. As a matter of fact ALL CB plugins are public, and all but one unrelated plugin from another vendor are published. I already had maximum error reporting turned on, but I have enabled the debug console. Please advise, thanks!

I get no errors at all.

If you migrated from CB 1.x it's probably your Joomla menu items. Edit all your Joomla menu items that point to CB then correct their Menu Type. CB 1.x didn't create proper menu items in Joomla 2.x/3.x so you could have an Itemid pointer issue.

That did it! I am using the direct URL to display plans, and apparently, I didn't update it on the Pay Dues menu item. Thanks for the support.
