Well, here I am again - most probably something I did but I can't figure it out.

Upon logging in and clicking on renewal, the renewal page is shown properly (or not shown if you're not logged in) but the button for REACTIVATE isn't doing anything except refreshing the page. I see the URL being called in the browser but it doesn't actually go anywhere - or rather it tries and fails I think.

Again (I'm sounding like a skipping song these days) it worked fine before I upgraded from J25 to J30.

Credentials for this site are with Krileon or Beat - they are helping with a Mailer issue. If someone else needs them please let me know.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mark

Did you migrate from CB 1.x? If you did please edit all your Joomla menu items that point to CB and ensure their Menu Type is valid. CB 1.x didn't create proper menu items due to a B/C issue in Joomla it self for Joomla 2.x/3.x. CB 2.x has solved this issue, but you need to manually correct your menu types.

Yes, I did migrate from 1.9 to 2.x when I went from J25 to J30 but the link is being called from a button that says REACTIVATE. How do I renew/modify that without hacking the files?

This is the URL from the J30 site that just comes back to the same page: <J30 Website>/index.php/members-center/join-ocra/pluginclass?user=305&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions

This is the one from the old J25 site: <J 25 website>/index.php/en/component/comprofiler/pluginclass?user=305&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions

See attached screenshot for the button.

Did I get a setting wrong or something? I checked everything - twice and I don't see any mis-configured plan settings.

Thanks for the help!
Mark

You don't modify the button. You need to edit the Joomla menu items that point to CB and correct their Menu Type as they won't have a valid or correct menu type. You may need to create a Community Builder > Plugin menu type with Plugin set to CB Paid Subscriptions depending on your menu setup to give access to CBSubs frontend.

Ah. OK that did it. I re-did the menu selection for the membership and it redirected the URL properly and took me to renewal button which worked.

I did a lot of research before I migrated (knowing from experience from 1.5x to 2.5x how crazy it could be) and I saw nothing on this.

Appreciate you showing me the way to fix it.

Thanks much.
