I need a solution to allow a certain user group to edit other users profiles in front-end.
Is there any possibility to moderate users in a list and to edit their profiles when visiting their profiles ?
Working with moderators seems to be a bit complicated, whereas I don't want to give this user group administrator permissions.
Create a Joomla view access level called CB Moderators. Select all the usergroups you want to have CB Moderator privileges. Next select your new view access level for "Moderators View Access Level" within CB > Configuration > Moderation.

Whatever usergroups you select in your view access level will have CB Moderator privileges and can use all frontend moderation features. Yes, that includes the workflows module.
