Seams to be working fine in my tests without any issues. Please ensure you copied and pasted the above directly to the Userlist Value Layout for the field. You may have other CSS present that's causing your issue though, which you can find by right clicking and clicking inspect element on the online status field to see if some custom CSS maybe causing this.
