Is it possible somehow for administrators to receive notifications when someone writes on their profile wall?
CB ProfileBook? No, it has no triggers for CB Auto Actions to act on and doesn't have any built in notification functionality beyond notifying the profile owner of a new post, which is adjust through the CB ProfileBooks individual tabs in profile edit.
Also, is there a way to know from backend the URL of each user in order to be able to visit his profile from front-end and write to his/her wall?
You could make a Userlist within CB > List Management for quickly navigating to users. Otherwise their URL is always as follows for CB 1.x.
