CB Conditional can't condition off subscription yet. CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection doesn't work in reverse like you're wanting. Best I can suggest is a CB Query Field to query for the users active subscriptions then condition against that query field using CB Conditional (probably need to use Custom > Value with substitution).
