In the videos, Nick has a signup form, I don't have this form, when I click the Signup button I get the Error message - Please enter your name (obviously I can't do this without a field to enter it).
I can't see where or how Nick has a Registration Form.
Ensure CB Core within CB > Plugin Management is public and published. Next ensure Contact Info within CB > Tab Management is public and published. Now navigate to CB > Field Management and ensure either the Name, First Name, Middle Name, or Last Name fields are published and set to display on the registration page. Note the name fields that are published are dependent entirely on what you set "Name Style" to within CB > Configuration > General. By default CB is setup to work out of the box so I've no idea what you've done to your configuration to result in this issue. If issue persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install. The Contact Info tab was unpublished within CB > Tab Management. I've published it and your fields are now displaying fine on your registration form. Please note the Contact Info tab contains the core necessary fields. Do not unpublish it unless you move those fields to a new published tab.
