redirection after wrong login was created by comjoo
Hey,

Im using the cb-login and it works fine as long as the user types in his correct name and password. Unfortunately he types in the wrong name or password he gets redirected to another site, which ends with /cb-login/login. Furthermore this site uses a different secure login than it actually should (we have different login-areas on our website for different users). I know that CB takes the first findable login then. So is it possible if the login is incorrect, the user still stays on the same site and only the defect note pops up and he can try it again? Im asking also because Ive an specific background for the login area, which disappears after the wrong login (you can try yourself or simply check it out: stage.comjoo.com/de/login/comjoomed )

It would be fantastic if you can help me - unfortunately our users get confused.

Thank you so much in advance.

Different site? It should send them to CBs login form. You can assign a template, module, etc.. to CBs login page as well by creating a menu item to CB login page then assigning template, module, etc.. as needed to that menu item. We've no parameter to do what you're wanting. You'd need to create a Redirect action in CB Auto Actions acting on the onAfterUserLoginFailed trigger to redirect to a different URL.

wow - thank you - the cb auto action works! But the only thing is that the error note is not there now anymore. Is there a way to get this fixed as well?

You can specify your own error with your redirect. The below should work directly in your action.

Message: [var8]
Type: Error

The 8th variable is $resultError for that trigger. Using the above substitution should directly add it to the message queue with your redirect.

It won't work with goback. goback is a Javascript window history back. You need to do an actual redirect (e.g. index.php) to set a message to the message queue.
