[SOLVED] [#5923] Upgrading to a membership was created by derekkoopowitz
I'm not sure what happened because this worked on March 18 this year. We have a plan that users can purchase that gives them access to certain material on our website. For some reason when a user tries to purchase the plan and clicks on the "Upgrade" button nothing happens - payment options are never presented.

All our other plans work just fine - this is the only plan that I know of that is causing this issue.

The only thing that has changed is that I've upgraded from 4.0.1 (a nightly build from early March) to the released version of 4.0.2.

You can see the screen shot of the upgrade option below - note that the "upgrade" button is clickable. No payment page is presented. Any ideas?

Most likely something is binding to the buttons click event through jQuery. Disable all non-core CB plugins within CB > Plugin Management to see if issue goes away. If it doesn't then disable all non-core Joomla system plugins within Extensions > Plugins.

Hi Kyle,

I tried disabling all the non-core CB plugins and the non-core Joomla plugins and it still does not work. I have a funny feeling it is something really simple. I've got 4 other subscription plans that work just fine - this is the only one that doesn't.

I'll PM you an admin account ID and password along with the plan name that doesn't work.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me on this!

-Derek

It looks like a Javascript conflict which makes Javascript fail.

Check your debug console of your browser (or of Firebug in Firefox) for any errors.

I enabled Firebug and no errors came up...
