I posted a message asking for help in the GPSubs forum about 8 days ago and no support is forthcoming!

This is unacceptable!! I, and I'm sure many others, have paid good money to Joomlapolis for their products and one would expect that support would be available.

You posted in the GPL forum. That one is unsupported and a relict of past times when Subs unsed to be free. Kyle usually replies within 24 hours.

GPL forums is maintained, but non-GPL isn't. If you've a support subscription I highly recommend always posting in professional or developer support forums respectfully.

CBSubs support forum has no guaranteed response time like the support subscriptions. I get to CBSubs support when time permits, but I'm very swamped lately (working on new Joomlapolis site) so having a hard time finding time. I apologize for the delays and have moved your post to the professional support forums in addition to replying.
