Currently, no you can't skip that page. I've brought it up to Beat though and we're looking into a way to do it or implement it in a future release as it'd be a good way to have customized plan selection pages. I've added a feature ticket for this.

This feature #5934 is now implemented for next CBSubs nightly (and next CBSubs release too).
When user is logged in, the basket is directly presented with product inside when using the new link displayed at top of Plan edit page. Also possible to add multiple plans at once with dashes.
When user is not logged-in, those plans are pre-selected and displayed on the registration form (user must register first before basket displays).
