What event is fired when PayPal pays but without agreeing to subscription?

If the end-user doesn't have a credit card linked to his/hers PayPal account, PayPal won't accept subscriptions, but it _will_ make a single payment. Which event is then fired within CBSubs? I've noticed that CBSubs adds a "Non auto-recurring" subscription entry, but doesn't fire subscription activation event.

Trigger usage depends on what you're trying to do. What are you trying to do when this happens? The below usage is always fired.

Plan Active
Triggers: onCPayUserStateChange
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody
Conditions
1: [var3] Equal To PLAN_ID_HERE
2: [var2] Equal To A

Plan Expired
Triggers: onCPayUserStateChange
User: Automatic
Access: Everybody
Conditions
1: [var3] Equal To PLAN_ID_HERE
2: [var2] Not Equal To A

I'm trying to purchase a subscription using PayPal plugin. I get error message below, but still Paypal registers a payment:

"Sorry your payment has not been processed. Transaction result:FAIL . Please try again and notify system administrator.
No suitable basket found."

I've cleared all baskets entries.

PayPal Standard, Pro, or Advanced? Are you using the sandbox? If so ensure you're using a sandbox credit card number that returns a validated response (they specifically provide you with test numbers that will fail for testing purposes).

This was Paypal standard. The problem might have been lack of credit card connection to the Paypal account. Will investigate more.
