You need to condition against the value of the checkbox field and not the label. Contains operators or REGEXP operators will work with multi type fields (mutli-select and multi-checkbox). Example usage as follows.
Option
Value: fb
Label: Facebook
Condition
Display: Field conditional self
Field: Checkbox Field
Operator: Does Contain
Value: fb
Translate Value: No
Mode: Show
Registration: Yes
Profile Edit: Yes
Profile View: Yes
Userlists Search: No
Userlists View: Yes
Alternatively the below REGEXP usage will also work.
Operator: Is REGEX
Value: /fb/
Translate Value: No

thanks a lot for your answer. Checked both options but still can not get it to work.
As you can see in the attached screenshots.
The only thing i´ve done aditionally is set a html Tag in the Parameter Tab to display an image before the value output. But i think that doesn´t could brek the function.
Try the REGEX operator. Beyond that I don't know what to tell you as it's working perfectly fine in all my tests. If you're applying multiple conditions to the same field then it won't work as they will fight one another for control.
