Why in the world do you need more than 1000 stored fields? No, it's not advised going over 1000 stored fields. I don't recommend going over 300. Note this is not the field limit, but the stored field limit. A stored field is a text, select, checkbox, etc.. field. A query field, code field, custom html field, and many more have no storage and you can have unlimited of them.

The task was to create multiple profiles. Each profile has a large number of individual fields. On this and leaves a huge number of fields.
Thank you for an answer, I will you optimize everything .

I recommend trying to reuse fields as much as possible. Note that you can show/hide fields with CB Conditionals, customize their display with layout parameters, have entirely custom output using Custom HTML fields, have conditioned field titles using substitutions, and more. There's a lot of potential for reusing fields to avoid having too many.
