Yes, navigate to CB > Configuration > General and adjust "Email Handling" however you like.

Setting 'Email Handling' to 'Display Email Only' hides the email in profile. Any idea how to correct this?

Setting 'Email Handling' to 'Display Email with Mail-To Link' displays Send Email link.

I need the email to show like myemail@email.com.

To display the email you'd set it to "Display Email Only". This is working fine in my tests and on the demo site. Also ensure the field is set to display on profile within CB > Field Management.

That was a fast reply.

My settings are correct, but email does not show.

Canvas image also does not show.

Ensure CB Core within CB > Plugin Management is Public access. Next check your tab access permissions within CB > Tab Management. If you've CB Conditional installed or CB Privacy installed then unpublish them to see if they're being blocked by a condition or privacy setting.
