How can I use CB:IF to check for NULL value in a field?

I did have a CB Content 2.0.0 (not called content bot) plugin installed, but I've just uninstalled that.
I'll see if that helps...

Can other plugins affect this? I still do not see it correctly here.
I also had a CB contentbot 2.2.0 installed that I've uninstalled as well, so now I have the following installed:
