The size is managed under Gantry 5 Themes / layout. It's set to 60% and that is what is reflected when I do the inspect. I see nothing that controls the separate lines? please look at texasmariners.com. I have it set to 60% on all pages except for home for testing so look at Membership for example. It will not move to a single line.

The position you have the login module in has 140px hardcoded width. It can not fit there horizontally. This is on the div output by your template directly containing the module. In addition to that your template has set input width to 100% by force so it can't be inline since it's inline-block and being told to take up the entire space.

No, there is not room for it. Your template won't allow it. Please contact your template developer for further assistance as it's nothing CB is doing preventing it from fitting, but is the limitation of your Joomla template.
