CBSubs invoice not grabbing the country or state

Mine is grabbing everything but the State. It is mapped correctly but it is not bringing the value in. Using Version 4.1.0 I'm sure I'm just missing something but unsure as to what. I'm looking at the screen just prior to payment and all of the data is there EXCEPT state.

Your state field in CB must have the exact same values as CBSubs uses for its invoice state dropdown. In addition to this there is a known bug where the dropdown does not display any states on initial display and is due to the jQuery. Similar issues as noted below.
