I'm running GroupJive 3.0.x on my site, after upgrading from the older version. Everything is running smoothly, but there's a feature missing from the older version that I (and my users) sorely miss - the Module that tells you if there are any requests pending.

Ideally, this would be its own module, that does the following:
  • If there is an Invite pending for you, the module displays "You have X invites pending."
  • If there is a request pending, the module displays "You have X requests pending."
  • If there are no invites or requests pending, the module does not display at all, to save screen space.

Of course, the statements would link to the proper places to accept / deny them.

Would this be possible to do?

Invites pending or requests pending? You mean invites to join a group? Not sure what you mean by pending requests, but assume pending approval for group content? Those are all planned in a later release in addition to module modes for integrations (e.g. latest photos, latest events, etc..).

Basically, any item pending that needs to be processed by a user (invites) or Moderator / Admin (Requests, posts, etc.).

We're finding that a lot of pending items are being missed because you need to dig down on the site to find them, instead of having a reminder easily visible.
