Adminstrator notification mail sending problem

Since I've up-dated the latest release of CB pro, notification mails aren't sent anymore after a user complete its inscription request.

Is there any change ?

I don't know what an inscription request is. Connection request? Registration? Please be more specific as to what notifications are failing. Ensure you've moderator notifications enabled within CB > Configuration > Moderation. Next ensure your user is configured to receive moderator notifications by editing your user within CB > User Management.

Hello sorry for been very clear but my technical english is poor...

So if a doctor fills-up its registration, and after registering it, he reach a page telling him a message : 'UE_REG_COMPLETE_NOAPPR_CONF'

and he receives a e-mail with the link to valid his address.

The problem is since I updated the plug-in the 'UE_REG_COMPLETE_NOAPPR_CONF' message is different and I actually can find out where is set the presenting message !

I also don't receive anymore notifying mail as administrator such as the one I used to receive before on my test site :

Un nouveau membre s'est inscrit à monbilan.cluster013.ovh.net et requiert votre validation.
Ce courriel contient les détails

Nom - TATA TOTOTO
Courriel - test4@sereniteam.com
Identifiant - TOTOTO

The version online ( operational site is fr-FR: 2.0.12.1.0.13 )

The one on the testing site is : 2.0.12.1.0.5 ( appears in red )

Good morning

I'am trying to go through but still face some problems.

1 / No notification mail ! After having check all options I don't receive any message as super admin telling me that someone has created its demand. I do have to check everyday if someone has done it. Do you have any idea about it ?

Configuration Joomla :
- Autoriser l'inscription des utilisateurs : NON
- Activation des comptes : Aucun
- Notification e-mail : OUI

Configuration CB :
- Permettre l'inscription des utilisateurs : Oui independamment du "Autoriser l'enregistrement du CMS"
- Approbation par administrator : OUI
- Confirmation par courriel : OUI

Regarding the language strings your FR language plugin maybe out of date. Please understand we provide and only support English. Other languages an entirely community driven; if you want to contribute to language plugins please see the below page for details.

Regarding moderator emails ensure you've moderator notifications enabled within CB > Configuration > Moderation. Next edit your user within CB > User Management and ensure your user is set to receive moderator notifications. Also ensure the Moderator View Access Level is properly set in CB > Configuration > Moderation (it's recommend to make a new view access level with only the usergroups you want to have moderator access selected).
