CB Subs - Problem with deleting test Entries/subscriptions

Hi,
We are configuring and testing a CB/CB Subs installation on a website under construction for a membership site using CB 2.0.14 and CB Subs 4.0.2.
We are making test entries in CB subs, we have some issues with tax etc that we are trying to resolve.

A major problem however, occurred when we tried to delete several test entries in CB. In CB User Management we deleted several member entries successfully that were not enabled or confirmed. We also deleted one entry that was enabled, confirmed and approved. This deletion returned a "blank screen", after a long wait, the back button was pressed and a message came up "Userid failed to load: 8197". The website then dropped into a loop and is sending emails continuously "Hello, We are sending you this email to confirm that the payment from Steve Smith for Registered Visitor subscription on our site ATAA, has just been cleared and the subscription is activated. The subscription will be active up to 30/06/2017." This email has been duplicated many hundreds of times before being stopped.

In CB the four tools "Check CB" Fields, Database, Plug-ins and Users all return "all green" status. There are no other error messages being reported in CB or CB Subs.

Further to the entry above.

When going to Paid Subscriptions then to the offending entry (a FREE registration) it is again not possible to either delete or unsubscribe the entry. In the subscriptions table the entries in the columns "Recurrings Used" and "Change Logs" are increasing at the rate of 16 per minute.

It is possible to Renew the subscription and this reverts the the entries in the columns "Recurrings Used" and "Change Logs" to zero and to start again.

Further to the entry above:

I have resolved the immediate problem as follows: In Paid Subscriptions I changed the status of the problem user from "Enabled" to "X". This then allowed the user to be deleted in CB.

This however seems like a fairly serious "bug" for a new user to fall into.

Thanks for reporting your issues.

Quick question: How did you delete the entries in CB and CBSubs ?

- Was it only through the Joomla administrator (backend) ?

- Or also directly in database (e.g. with PhpMyAdmin or other tools) ?

It would be useful to have the exact steps to reproduce your issues, so that we can reproduce them and fix them if we can reproduce.
