Confirmation of Registration:
How and where do I change the confirmation link to be displayed as text instead of as a link?

That's entirely up to the email client. Some will convert it. Some won't, but in my experience all major clients like Yahoo, GMail, etc.. are going to convert the URL to be clickable.

Only way to stop this is use tricks to prevent it from being parsed. None of which I recommend, because you can simply do right click and "Copy link address" without having to highlight anything to copy the URL.

The question is not whether the link is clickable, it is ok, but the link may appear as a clear clickable text string.

Example: Gran Canaria Info - canariainfo.com
Registration - canariainfo.com/da/cb-registration/registers?invite_code=8f91b9207764e9e34866d98c339b77c3 = I confirm email

Similarly, when you create a link on the home page with JCE editor (showing a line of text instead of linking the string, but clickable). Some users do not understand the link you must click and that's the problem.

Sorry, I don't understand what you're asking. You want to make it HTML with a hyper text? That's also not the confirmation link, but CB Invites email and its invite code.

Sorry it was a wrong email link, but the meaning is the same. I would like to confirm the link in the registration email, to display as a hypertext "click to complete your registration."

Then you need to enable HTML registrations emails within CB > Configuration > Registration then edit the Pending email and configure it to use a hypertext usage of [CONFIRM], which is always the raw URL.
