[SOLVED] Massive problems with subscriptions

Still got problems.

Subscribing once to the plan works as expected, user gets promoted to different acl etc...

BUT once the user unsubscribes (user gets dropped back down from special ACL etc...) and tries to re-subscribe, the user sees this screen:

I am totally clueless as to why the user sees this screen (or rather doesnt see the subscription plan).

Any ideas? (it has nothing to do with the grace period, I have already checked that)
