GroupJive Doku:
"If you visit a GJ Group landing page as a guest viewer (not logged in browser) or a
logged in non-group member, you might not see specific tabs due to non privileges or
due to empty content. For groups of Open type you might also see an extra Join button."
Logged in non-group member:
In Open Groups i can see all tabs - ok
In non-Open Groups i can see all tabs, too - Where i can change this?
If the group is accessible then you can access its content. So public groups photos, etc.. are all visible to everyone. Use invite only if you want private groups. There are no access controls for the individual integration tabs. The only way to enforce that is to set those integrations access within CB > Plugin Management to Registered.

Kunena doesn't provide the API for GJ to specifically block access to posting. It's an all or nothing API. So users not in that group can not access that groups forums due to this.
As explained if you want a private group set it to invite only. The entire point of groups is to socialize and bring together a community. You are free to use it for whatever usecase you want, but that won't change the fact it's designed to be open except in the case of invite only groups.
