I have a coupon code established which gives a 100% discount for people who cannot afford memberships.
I have everything set up per the manual, but when I run a test user through the sign up process, there is no place for them to enter the code.
Where do I establish that??

Maybe I haven't had enough coffee this morning but I simply cannot find it in the cbsubs manual as far as where that field would appear. Can I make it appear on the subscriptions tab? will it appear with an "apply discount" button?

The coupon code is entered on the basket page. You should see an input to supply the coupon code with a button to apply it. If you don't the coupon code isn't available to them via conditions or access settings on the coupon or CBSubs Promotions is possibly not published within CB > Plugin Management.

I published the Promotions - thank you... and double checked the conditions - that was it!

But I have a new issue... I made it so that the invoicing address did not show up and hit "save" and got a 404 error... used my back button and hit Apply instead - same 404 error... drat!

Looks like everything under the "General plugin settings" does this (404 errors) - all other settings are working and saving fine. Any suggestions?

I reinstalled a newer CBSubs module and still get the 404 issue - but only on "General plugin settings" I get a 404 Page not found but its taking me to administrator/index.php...

Other modules under cbsubs work... like subscriptions... I can make a change, hit save and it saves succesfully... ??

Update: I tried clearing the cache for the website, and clearing the browser cache and even used a different browser (firefox and chrome) - no change. Still get 404 errors when I try to save anything in the General Plugin Settings. ...went into the database and changed the value for "show_invoices":"1" to "show_invoices":"0" in the table 'cbsubs_config' and got what I wanted. I'm still worried about why its not saving or applying or even canceling without a 404 error.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retest to expose errors. Do you have a lot of usergroups? If so trying to save CBSubs > Settings maybe hitting input limits. Contact your host and ask them to increase max_input_vars to 3000 or so (usually defaults to 1000).

I added 5 user groups to Joomla's basic settings. I have enabled debug mode and maximum as you suggested. Where do I find the results?
I also changed max_input_vars to 3000 but it made no difference.

Please contact your host and have them check if mod_security is doing it. Please also ensure you've the latest CB and CBSubs build installed (CBSubs should be green in CB > Plugin Management).
