Hello Team,

I use Jce editor and I set it to allow js, css and when I use html code in my modules (not in the cb modules) is working fine.
When I use the field "editor text area" and try to insert some custom html , when I save the field the code just disappears.
Any idea?

Thank you

We've additional protection against user content. You need to whitelist easily abused tags like iframe or script within CB > Configuration > User Profile with the "Exclude Tags from Filtering" parameter.

Note doing so could be dangerous. Allowing users to supply their own JS that is parsed and output by your site for everyone seeing it is dangerous. For example I could hijack the page and send you to a solicitation site if I wanted or generate cookies to track, etc..

Thanks for that.
Is it possible to set it only for administrator to be able to write this?
Or to be only for the fields custom html or editor text area?
I want to load some specific modules for some users or have specific html for others.
Can I do it somehow?

Thank you.

I suppose you could use a Custom HTML field then use a substitution IF check to condition against specific user ids. Loading modules shouldn't be a problem and poses no vulnerability. Just don't whitelist script elements or iframes and you should be fine.
