The trigger onAfterUserApproval has 2 variables. var1 being the user object and var2 being the state the user is being set to. The state 2 is rejected. So you'd have the below condition to act on the user being rejected.

[var2] Equal To 2

The problem with the comment textarea is it has the user_id as part of its name. So it's commentUSER_ID_HERE (e.g. comment42). I'm not sure if the below will work, but it's worth a try I suppose.

[post_comment[user_id]] or maybe [post_comment[var1_id]]

You'd use a Field action to push that value to your user field. Again, this may not work and you may not be able to access the comment input due to it having a random variable like user id in it.
