Can you please help on the Profile Edit?

Whenever we choose Select Image from gallery or Upload image, the screen is blank and no images are shown. While the screen will move down like there are images, but it's all blank. See screenshots attached...

I'm using SJ Time template from Smartaddons.

Appreciate your help.

That's powered by jQuery to show/hide a file input or radio input for gallery usage. My guess is something is hijacking the .show and .hide functions of jQuery. Mootools is known to do this. What Joomla version do you have? Have you tried with default protostar template? Any errors in the browser developer console (Press F12 > Refresh Page > Review Console)?

Hi,
Unfortunately, I haven't tried the default template because it was uninstalled.

This is what I'm getting on browser dev console:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 (Bad Request)
This is after I enter Profile Edit, then choosing select image from Gallery.

When I refresh while on Dev Console, the main screen goes to Contact Info tab, and the console displays:
GET fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=0&subset=latin,latin-ext
I assume this is not the error we are looking at since it refers to the Contact Info and not on Canvas or Portrait Tab.

Appreciate more assistance please.

I've no way of properly debugging your install to determine if it's your template or not. 3rd party templates usually contain a heavy framework with some sort of header optimizer that can break JS/CSS. You need to restore Joomlas default protostar template and see if issue persists. If it does I can review your install at that point. Do not uninstall Joomlas default template as it's vital for debugging. Could be as simple as a CSS issue, but again you won't know without being able to swap to a clean lightweight template like protostar.

Believe you can do a reinstall of Joomla core files by going to Components > Joomla Update > Clear Cache, but I've never tried it.
