I was able to reinstall Protostar using your feedback and it worked.
Anyways, I used Protostar and disabled JQuery Easy Plugin and it worked properly. With JQuery Easy turned on, it didn't work. We used it as recommended by Smartaddons because whenever we display CB Profile and Edit, the dropdown submenus doesn't work anymore and Jquery Easy solved that. But on protostar it also gives an issue.
I reported this to smartaddons and I'm not sure what will be there resolution. I'm hoping they will not say that this is a problem with CB. In any case, let me know if you have any comments or suggestions regarding this.
jQuery Loader extensions don't tend to work so great unless it can correctly preserve load orders. The only compression extension we support is JCH Optimizer since we are using it our self on its highest compression it for sure works (very well I might add). Can't speak for other compression or loader extensions.

The template developer have added some scripts already and the upload and display of gallery on Canvas and Portrait are displaying.
However, how come the images on both Canvas and Portrait tabs are limited. See attachments.
This is an FYI for now, it seems that jQuery Easy is the one causing it.
Not sure what you mean by limited? Those are the gallery images for canvas and avatar. You can supply new gallery images for image fields at the below locations.

Canvas:
images/comprofiler/gallery/canvas/
If any where deleted then they won't show for the image fields gallery. You can also edit the image fields are change what folder they pull gallery images from if you want to entirely customize the selection. Installing CB over top of your existing CB should restore the default image field gallery images if they were deleted.
