Edit your user in CB > User Management and ensure you're configured to receive moderator notifications. Next navigate to CB > Configuration > Moderation and set "Send Moderators Email" to "Yes" additionally ensure "Moderators View Access Level" is configured properly (the view access level selected should include a usergroup your user has).1. Believe CB Profile Update Logger only sends an email if the user updates their profile and not a moderator doing it for them.3. No profile change email sent to Moderator

That's normal and is how the profile name displays in the canvas.5. Profile page has large white letters with black outline. Username? It floats at the top.
