I have a site that is running the latest Joomla & CB (including all CB plugins).

When I try logging in to the frontend it completely falls over... leaving nothing but a blank white screen.

I have error reporting set to max... but there are no error messages! I have run all diagnostic & repair tools in Joomla, CB & ACL Manager. I have also updated every extension... save for my shopping cart, which requires another license!!! I disabled the cart and still the problem persists.

I know it's not much to go on... but can anyone please offer suggestions?

Error reporting set to max isn't enough. You need to also enable debug mode. Then test to see if any errors output. If nothing outputs you need to check your server error log. Typically it's going to be a memory issue when it's a white page.

Thanks Kyle,

I have disabled all MijoShop components/plugins (which is the only extension not completely up-to-date) and the problem still persistsā€¦

I have set debug on and below is what I get... Looks like I've got a lot of issues!!! The strange thing is I can login to the fronted as a ā€œmemberā€ (registered user) however I canā€™t login as Super User!!!

This is what I get in debug mode when I try to login as Super User (usernames & passwords deleted for obvious reasons)ā€¦

Disable CBSubs Folder Access and see if issue persists. It's just a notice and certainly shouldn't cause a blank page though. We've a bug ticket regarding crypt usage in CBSubs Folder Access already.

I have disabled all CB subs plugins and the problem wont go away. What is really weird is it only happens to administrators/super-users. Registered members have no trouble logging in!!!

As a registered user I can login to the frontend, purchase product etc... but if I login as Super User or Administrator, all I get is the blank white screen.

You still get that notice even if CBSubs Folder Access is disabled? Blank pages are almost always due to memory problems. Review server error log for any errors after login. Otherwise continue to disable non-core CB plugins 1 by 1 until the issue goes away to find the cause.
