JLIB_USER_ERROR_UNABLE_TO_LOAD_USER
We are getting the error listed above on our site, we have been able to resolve this error by running;
  • Check User Database
  • Synchronize Users
The issue we have is this is not an automated process, first what would be causing it, and second can we automate the repair tools with a cron job.

Part of the message is hidden for the guests. Please log in or register to see it.

Thanks for support and feedback
We hope that we can assist you if you need and ask, all the best from the WTP Team

You're either creating users in CB that do not exist in Joomla or you're trying to load a Joomla user with an ID that doesn't exist. Where are you seeing this on frontend? Please ensure you are strictly using CBs registration. It's not automated because it's not supposed to be happening; users are not being created correctly. You can not run tools from CRON.

Krileon, can we have two registration forms?
We have two very different types of users and there for we need to have a separate catch and questions we ask the clients.

At present we are catching the developers with a RS Form Pro form, which appears to be the issue.

Krileon, can we have two registration forms?

No actual separate forms? No, but you can condition fields using CB Conditional to create 2 different registration workflows based off the value of another field (or even a URL parameter).

We have two very different types of users and there for we need to have a separate catch and questions we ask the clients.

Suggest just making a select or radio field to select the type of user. Next condition fields based off that field to create 2 different registration workflows.
