Groupjive - Uncorrect link

Hello,

i want to ask about the automatic emails via PM (uddeim) from groupjive.

There are 2 links in every email.
One to the profile and one to the group.

Sometimes i receive emails with correct links (start with " www.domain.com ....")
and sometimes i receive emails with false links (start with " domain.com ...")

If i click on a link without "www" i can see my blank Joomla login page...
If the link is correct with a "www", than all is ok.

The link formats are the following:
www.domain.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=userprofile&user=906&Itemid=208&lang=en
www.domain.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&view=pluginclass&plugin=cbgroupjive&action=groups&func=show&id=2&Itemid=223&lang=en

Why are the links sometimes with a "www" and other times not?
Any idea or solutions for this problem?

When you say sometimes do you mean different notifications or same notifications? For example a new wall post notification sends fine, but new event notification sends broken? Note GJ has nothing to do with UddeIM email notifications so your issue could be with UddeIM. Ensure UddeIM is up to date and allows full bbcode.

Hello,

sorry, but the link error with the GJ messages is still there.
Today i received a private message from another cb user from germany.
He has the same problem.

These wrong links are sometimes into the UddeIM messages, if a new user want to join a group (pending approval), or after he has joined the group.
If i click on a link without a "www" i receive an error.

My components are all up to date!

I know, that UddeIM has nothing to do with GJ, but the messages and the links are generated by groupjive.

The links are always generated with live_site ensure it's set to '' (blank) within configuration.php. Aside from that GJ has no further control over it and the URL parsing is handled by UddeIM. Ensure UddeIM is set to allow full bbcode parsing.

You've a user browsing your site (or your self) without www and is then triggering a notification. This will cause live_site to be without www. If you want to enforce www then either setup a htaccess redirect to www or adjust live_site in configuration.php as needed.
