Multi user type separate registration pages

I was figured out how to embed the registration page on to an article. I cut an pasted the form into the "code" section of the editor when creating an article. Now it looks like the registration page, only problem is when I click the "Sign up" button it doesn't create the user. Can someone look at the code and see if I am missing something.

You can't do that as I've already explained. You just have the HTML, but it's not going to work. None of the PHP generated code is going to work, the validation isn't going to work, the security key is always going to be wrong, etc.. You can not put CBs registration anywhere except CBs registration page it self.
